We marked presence in Expomor 2025

Closing the week with a visit to Expomor.

A major event dedicated to the richness of the extensive rural world, which includes livestock exhibitions, competitions, auctions, colloquials on rural topics, and other activities to promote agricultural sustainability and coexistence in the sector.

Organized by Associação de Produtores do Mundo Rural da Região de Montemor-O-Novo, who has been doing a great job in further developing the Portuguese extensive livestock and is today an important actor in the protection and improvement of the rural world.

We at The Land Group were invited to join a wonderful seminar, hosted by Fertiprado, which included a presentation on biodiverse permanent pastures compared to natural pastures and an Agrotalk round table, with different players of the industry, sharing personal insights and various perspectives.

Great to take as learning, that producers are slowly becoming more professional, paying more attention to Farmeconomics and realzing the gains of the intangible (but in fact tangible) benefits of improving soil health.
These are topics that Fertiprado has been promoting since its early days, alongside advocating for sustainable silvopastoral production in the Montado.
