Property Overview
About the Property
ElCastillo is a 1,974-hectare property located innorth-western Uruguay which we have managed since2017.The farm occupies a strategic position in the Department of Salto, close to the Argentine and Brazilian borders.
Until2024,the property operated under third-partycattle leases. Since then, we brought operations in-house toestablish a regenerativecow-calf breeding operation focused on improving cash flow and restoring core productive fundamentals.
Weconverted the core grassland area into a PrecisionGrazing operation, supported by aredesignedadaptive paddock layout and a farm-wide water distribution system. This configurationsupports intensivedaily grazing with tighter operational control, accelerated biologicalrecovery, and more predictableexecution.
