Theasset is positioned as a high-qualityirrigated cropping platform within our portfolio.
Thefarm benefits from nearly 2million cubic metres of water storage capacity andan extensive irrigation system supportingthe production of soybean,corn, and wheat under pivots.
Buildingon this foundation, in March2027 weplan to integrate aregenerative cattle fattening operationto establish a mixedcrop-pasture system. This transition is designed toimprove soil health, increase system resilience, and diversify income sources.
