LaPilarica isa 424-hectare property in the Department of Soriano, south-western Uruguay, which wehave managed since2017.
Locatedapproximately 110 kilometres from the port of Nueva Palmira, it sits within Uruguay’s core agricultural corridor andbenefits from some of the mostfertile soils in the country.
Theproperty’s exceptionalsoil quality, reflected in a CONEAT index of 164, supports intensive mixed crop-livestock rotations thatoptimise forage availability, stabilise production, and improve long-term soilfertility.
Buildingon these fundamentals,since 2023 we have developed a regenerative grazing system atLa Pilaricafrom the ground up, producing sustainablegrass-fed beef alongside rainfed andirrigated row crops.
